Rabbit

I borrowed my friend Kyle’s camera so I could continue taking pictures of my food. Last night we roasted a rabbit. It wasn’t very hard to do. It looks like a small cat before you cook it, but when its done it looks and tastes like chicken. Here is one of the legs. We roasted it with fennel, lemon, garlic and thyme. Also we had gnocchi with sundried tomato pesto and cream, and garlic toast. Honestly, this was really good, I would recommend trying rabbit one day if you haven’t. The only thing is that it is a bit more expensive and harder to find.

Hopefully I can get comfortable with this camera and take better pictures, but it will work in the meantime.
